Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Morgan Svanér kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Morgan Svanér in the 4th minute of play forced Karlholmsbruk's goalkeeper Tage Norberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tage Norberg came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Tännäs's Torbjörn Mellin. But to his dismay, Torbjörn Mellin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Torbjörn Mellin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Karlholmsbruk's Måns Tillman threw himself towards the right post 10 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Birger Kristiansson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 10th match minute, Karlholmsbruk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jimmie Stål to maneuver through the defense. After 11 played minutes Karlholmsbruk got a freekick which was hit by Michel Gerdberg. After 13 played minutes Karlholmsbruk got a freekick which was hit by Michel Gerdberg. Tage Norberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Morgan Svanér in the 14th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torbjörn Mellin in the 16th minute of play forced Karlholmsbruk's goalkeeper Tage Norberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Karlholmsbruk's Michel Gerdberg got a free kick in the 17th minute. Tage Norberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Morgan Svanér's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Tage Norberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torbjörn Mellin in the 20th minute of play. Morgan Svanér sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Tännäs's Morgan Svanér in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Karlholmsbruk's goalie prevented a goal. Morgan Svanér received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Tage Norberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Torbjörn Mellin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute Torbjörn Mellin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tage Norberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Morgan Svanér fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tage Norberg having to interfere. If Morgan Svanér had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Karlholmsbruk players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tännäs were winning 0-1.
The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bengt-Arne Stenquist during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Morgan Svanér in the 56th minute of play forced Karlholmsbruk's goalkeeper Tage Norberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jimmie Stål charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jimmie Stål the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Birger Kristiansson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Måns Tillman having to make a save. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Tännäs's goalkeeper Måns Tillman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Torbjörn Mellin put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Tage Norberg. Torbjörn Mellin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tage Norberg having to interfere. When Birger Kristiansson came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Karlholmsbruk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Birger Kristiansson couldn't finish the play. When Tännäs's Morgan Svanér in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Karlholmsbruk's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Karlholmsbruk defense, Torbjörn Mellin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tage Norberg. The Karlholmsbruk fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tage Norberg should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Tännäs booed when Karlholmsbruk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niklas Jonasson didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Tännäs getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Henry Olsson hit a great ball. In the 85th minute, Gustav Kullgren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 87 minutes into the match, Torbjörn Mellin notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Karlholmsbruk's Tage Norberg. Tage Norberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Torbjörn Mellin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Tage Norberg made a huge save. Tage Norberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Morgan Svanér, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. When Birger Kristiansson came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Karlholmsbruk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Birger Kristiansson couldn't finish the play.
