Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Morgan Svanér started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 6 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tännäs! In the 8th minute, the referee gave Målsryd a penalty. John Ahlgren looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Måns Tillman. Målsryd's Martin Springfält played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torbjörn Mellin in the 11th minute of play. If Morgan Svanér had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anders Lindberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Måns Tillman made a huge save. Jan Nyman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Måns Tillman having to interfere. After 25 played minutes Jan Nyman rounded Tännäs's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Martin Springfält stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Morgan Svanér's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. When Morgan Svanér came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Tännäs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Morgan Svanér couldn't finish the play. In the 34th minute Morgan Svanér shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Springfält saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Morgan Svanér struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Martin Springfält didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tännäs. If Morgan Svanér had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Tännäs booed when Målsryd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Hammarberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Torbjörn Mellin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jan Nyman to make the kick off. After 52 minutes, Jan Nyman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Målsryd and the Tännäs players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jan Nyman hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Morgan Svanér recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Torbjörn Mellin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 58thth minute, Martin Springfält skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Martin Springfält successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Målsryd's zone, Torbjörn Mellin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martin Springfält came out of the goal and Torbjörn Mellin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jan Nyman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78thth minute of the game Morgan Svanér who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Målsryd's Martin Springfält was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tännäs's zone, Anders Lindberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Måns Tillman came out of the goal and Anders Lindberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tännäs's Måns Tillman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Nyman in the 81st minute of play. Torbjörn Mellin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Martin Springfält when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jan Nyman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Tännäs getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Ludwig Tunström hit a great ball.
