Spectators: 6667 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 0) Degerhamn IFK's Anton Bjurström started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sven-Ove Albohm in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Magnus Moberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Sven-Ove Albohm managed to get in a good position for a shot. Glommersträsk's supporters rose to their feet, but Sven-Ove Albohm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Magnus Moberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Degerhamn IFK's Magnus Moberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Ove Albohm in the 7th minute of play. Mark Busk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Magnus Moberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mark Busk in the 13th minute. After 15 minutes, Birger Lindblom mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Glommersträsk and the Degerhamn IFK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee gave Degerhamn IFK a penalty, 17 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Per-Arne Boberg, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Glommersträsk's Viktor Öfverman. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Ove Albohm in the 20th minute of play forced Degerhamn IFK's goalkeeper Magnus Moberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Mark Busk came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Glommersträsk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mark Busk couldn't finish the play. In the 29th minute, Claes Nordin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Claes Nordin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Viktor Öfverman was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. If Mark Busk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 43 minutes into the game, Anton Bjurström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Viktor Öfverman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Claes Nordin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sven-Ove Albohm stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Viktor Öfverman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrick Malm in the 53rd minute of play. If Claes Nordin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sven-Ove Albohm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Magnus Moberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Degerhamn IFK's goalkeeper Magnus Moberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Claes Nordin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mark Busk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sebastian Lång fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magnus Moberg having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Degerhamn IFK's zone, Mark Busk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Magnus Moberg came out of the goal and Mark Busk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 88 minutes into the game, one of Degerhamn IFK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Magnus Moberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mark Busk in the 94th minute of the match. Sven-Ove Albohm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magnus Moberg having to interfere. In the 100th minute Anton Bjurström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viktor Öfverman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Degerhamn IFK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
