Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Victor Dalgren kicked off to start the match. Lindome's Viktor Käller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Dalgren in the 6th minute of play. Ingvar Käller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ingvar Käller blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jimmie Fernström having to make a save. 14 minutes into the match, Ekenässjön's goal looked a bit too open when Ingvar Käller came free, but Jimmie Fernström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the game, Börje Arvidsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lindome's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ekenässjön the free kick. Börje Arvidsson kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Arne Lagerberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jimmie Fernström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. If Victor Dalgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jimmie Fernström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingvar Käller in the 24th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Ekenässjön's goal looked a bit too open when Ingvar Käller came free, but Jimmie Fernström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute, John Bergman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ingvar Käller in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jimmie Fernström saved Ekenässjön from getting behind. Arne Lagerberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimmie Fernström having to interfere. After 44 minutes of play, Ekenässjön's Jan Stensson made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Viktor Käller was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Ekenässjön were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

If Ingvar Käller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Lindome's Ingvar Käller in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ekenässjön's goalie prevented a goal. Jon Lundström hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. 62 minutes into the match, Arne Lagerberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jimmie Fernström. Ekenässjön's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arne Lagerberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Jimmie Fernström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingvar Käller, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Ekenässjön's Jimmie Fernström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arne Lagerberg in the 68th minute of play. After 70 minutes Ekenässjön's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Urban Kock who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Lindome's corner Urban Kock fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jimmie Fernström quite easily take care of the ball. Jimmie Fernström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ingvar Käller went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Arne Lagerberg scored 3-1 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jimmie Fernström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Ekenässjön's Vilgot Norström got a free kick in the 84th minute. 90 minutes into the game, Ekenässjön's Jan Stensson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Viktor Käller made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Lindome's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
