A wasted opportunity for Bergby IK. Felix Holm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarl Bolin in the 11th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 14 minutes, Kim Pilgren successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to Bergby IK getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Gert Stigsson hit a great ball. Sven Jespersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 22 played minutes FC LINDWALLS GOSSAR III got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Moberg. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christer Gustafsson in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Felix Holm prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Felix Holm stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christer Gustafsson's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. 28 minutes into the match, FC LINDWALLS GOSSAR III's Wilhelm Hedkvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kim Pilgren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jarl Bolin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Felix Holm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felix Holm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christer Gustafsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. If Wilhelm Hedkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, FC LINDWALLS GOSSAR III's Kim Pilgren threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sven Jespersson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 44 minutes into the game, Sture Isaksson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bergby IK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC LINDWALLS GOSSAR III the free kick. In the 44th minute, Sture Isaksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sven Jespersson was the one to do the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 60 minutes, Felix Holm successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Felix Holm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jarl Bolin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute, one of FC LINDWALLS GOSSAR III:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC LINDWALLS GOSSAR III. FC LINDWALLS GOSSAR III:s Felix Holm showed great skill when he stopped Magnus Björkman:s penalty. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Bergby IK's goalkeeper Kim Pilgren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vilhelm Trillkott charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vilhelm Trillkott the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 78 minutes of play, FC LINDWALLS GOSSAR III's Wilhelm Hedkvist made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kim Pilgren was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lars Vestlund's late challenge caught a Bergby IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lars Vestlund helped the player get up and apologised. After 85 played minutes FC LINDWALLS GOSSAR III got a freekick which was hit by Lars Vestlund. Sven Jespersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kim Pilgren having to interfere. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bergby IK's goalkeeper Kim Pilgren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wilhelm Hedkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kim Pilgren having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bergby IK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC LINDWALLS GOSSAR III.
