With a couple of smart ball manuevers Peter Billvall in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bengt-Arne Brandt saved Hillared from getting behind. Bengt-Arne Brandt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peter Billvall's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. After a rather tough play, Hillared's Jonathan Forsberg got a free kick in the 10th minute. If Harald Carlsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. John Sandberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16th minute Peter Billvall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt-Arne Brandt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christopher Glad charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Bengt-Arne Brandt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John Sandberg in the 19th minute of the match. Bengt-Arne Brandt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peter Billvall's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, John Sandberg put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Bengt-Arne Brandt. Sörbygden's Leif Gudmundsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patric Hernström in the 29th minute of play. Leif Gudmundsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patric Hernström in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 36th minute, John Sandberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bengt-Arne Brandt was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. When Sörbygden's Peter Billvall in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a little luck, Hillared's Bengt-Arne Brandt got control of the ball when John Sandberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sörbygden's Peter Billvall got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Peter Billvall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 67 minutes, Peter Billvall managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sörbygden's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peter Billvall was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Billvall in the 70th minute of play forced Hillared's goalkeeper Bengt-Arne Brandt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peter Billvall in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bengt-Arne Brandt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 79th minute Patric Hernström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leif Gudmundsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If John Sandberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patric Hernström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 90 minutes into the match, Hillared's goalkeeper Bengt-Arne Brandt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by John Sandberg. In the 95thth minute of the game Peter Billvall who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hillared's Bengt-Arne Brandt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sörbygden played a much better game than Hillared and deserved their victory. The Hillared players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
