Östmark's supporters rose to their feet, but Sven-Arne Melander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olle Ahlberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Olle Ahlberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Börje Eriksson in the 4th minute of the match. Nils Grelsson hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. After 7 minutes, Sebastian Wahlnäs mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Östmark and the Klippans EF players grew even worse after the yellow card. 6 minutes into the game, one of Östmark:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Torbjörn Lustig walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Östmark's Christopher Sandberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Östmark from getting a goal against them. Christopher Sandberg made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Jonas Hydén sent off a good shot on target. Olle Ahlberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Börje Eriksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Klippans EF's zone, Börje Eriksson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olle Ahlberg came out of the goal and Börje Eriksson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Börje Eriksson might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olle Ahlberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Börje Eriksson ran back to his position shaking his head. Börje Eriksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 33 minutes, Jonas Hydén mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Klippans EF and the Östmark players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sven-Arne Melander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Börje Eriksson came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Östmark fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Börje Eriksson couldn't finish the play. Sven-Arne Melander's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olle Ahlberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Börje Eriksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olle Ahlberg having to interfere. The supporters of Klippans EF booed when Östmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henning Bergman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gösta Lövgren hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Börje Eriksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

In the 52nd minute, Östmark's Sven-Arne Melander ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Olle Ahlberg. Olle Ahlberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. When Börje Eriksson came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Östmark fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Börje Eriksson couldn't finish the play. If Henning Bergman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 65 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Klippans EF! If Börje Eriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 70 minutes into the match, Henning Bergman notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Klippans EF's Olle Ahlberg. Olle Ahlberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Klippans EF's Olle Ahlberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Klippans EF from getting a goal against them. When the match was over Östmark could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Klippans EF throughout the match.
