The audience was convinced that Nils Nordstedt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolf Löfdahl was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. A collision led to Dala-Järna getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Magnus Adelsköld hit a great ball. Örjan Lund didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sven-Arne Fredriksson went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Göran Alén in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolf Löfdahl saved Dala-Järna from getting behind. Dala-Järna's Rolf Löfdahl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Göran Alén in the 32nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Skärholmen's Tim Sigman got a free kick in the 36th minute. Göran Alén recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Göran Alén made a kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Skärholmen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isak Söderqvist to maneuver through the defense. Magnus Adelsköld kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Rolf Löfdahl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Göran Alén's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Göran Alén in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolf Löfdahl prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Dala-Järna's Rolf Löfdahl got control of the ball when Nils Nordstedt tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 72 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Skärholmen! Göran Alén was extremely unlucky when he, in the 100th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out.
