Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Peder Allbom took the kick off in the first half of the match. Tommy Kvarnström charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tommy Kvarnström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 10th match minute, Haghulta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tommy Kvarnström to maneuver through the defense. Börje Törnblom's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Håkan Stenman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Börje Törnblom recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Conny Håning scored 0-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Håkan Stenman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Börje Törnblom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th match minute, Haghulta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fred Tunander to maneuver through the defense. Fred Tunander hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 32nd minute, Ingvar Stenman sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Haghulta FC's Håkan Stenman didn't even have to move. Rutger Dalman kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. If Per-Oskar Westerberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Allan Forss managed to avoid a goal in the 45thth minute, when Haghulta FC's Östen Bergren fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Allan Forss took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tommy Kvarnström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Tvärålund were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Tommy Kvarnström made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Haghulta FC's Håkan Stenman got control of the ball when Börje Törnblom tried to sneak it across the goal line. Per-Oskar Westerberg charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Per-Oskar Westerberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 55 played minutes Haghulta FC got a freekick which was hit by Per-Oskar Westerberg. In the 56th minute of the match Ingvar Stenman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Håkan Stenman skillfully saved the ball. In the 57th match minute, Haghulta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per-Oskar Westerberg to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Börje Törnblom got free with Håkan Stenman in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gabriel Apelkvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Håkan Stenman made a huge save. In the 69th minute Östen Bergren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Allan Forss saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Börje Törnblom got free with Håkan Stenman in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Allan Forss showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Östen Bergren in the 83rd minute of the match. Börje Törnblom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Håkan Stenman having to interfere. When Gabriel Apelkvist came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Tvärålund fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabriel Apelkvist couldn't finish the play. The Tvärålund players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
