If Dag Haeger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hans Kvist during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Klavreström's Hans Kvist got a free kick in the 18th minute. 19 minutes into the match, LA BoIS's Fred Johansson broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a rather tough play, Klavreström's Valter Runberg got a free kick in the 24th minute. Melker Ånger made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Lars Magnusson sent off a good shot on target. Dag Haeger in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Melker Ånger, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 47th minute Lars Magnusson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melker Ånger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Lars Magnusson made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind LA BoIS's goalkeeper Melker Ånger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 54th minute Lars Magnusson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melker Ånger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Dag Haeger managed to get in a good position for a shot. Klavreström's supporters rose to their feet, but Dag Haeger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Melker Ånger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 58 played minutes LA BoIS got a freekick which was hit by Edvard Frisck. In the 59th minute of the match Hans Kvist shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Melker Ånger showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Klavreström's Dag Haeger got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lars Magnusson in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melker Ånger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dag Haeger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melker Ånger having to interfere. Vilhelm Askberg hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. 69 minutes into the game, Fred Johansson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LA BoIS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Klavreström the free kick. In the 68th minute, one of LA BoIS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for LA BoIS. The referee gave Klavreström a penalty, 70 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Hans Kvist, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of LA BoIS's Melker Ånger. 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Uno Bohlin got free with Patrik Nordlund in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 76th minute, Verner Alströmmer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 78 minutes, Dag Haeger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Klavreström's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dag Haeger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lars Magnusson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. LA BoIS's Edvard Frisck suffered a concussion in the 86th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. 86 minutes into the game, Kurt Kaxe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Klavreström's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LA BoIS the free kick. In the 87th minute, Kurt Kaxe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Melker Ånger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Magnusson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Lars Magnusson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Uno Bohlin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lars Magnusson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Melker Ånger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
