Alvin Lindberg struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Stig-Ove Falck didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for IF JTK. Stig-Ove Falck made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Harry Johnsson sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Virsbo's Stig-Ove Falck got control of the ball when Harry Johnsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eric Valström in the 35th minute of play forced IF JTK's goalkeeper Börge Bergendahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Virsbo's Wilhelm Forsman got a free kick in the 36th minute. 38 minutes into the match, IF JTK's goal looked a bit too open when Eric Valström came free, but Börge Bergendahl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stig-Ove Falck made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Harry Johnsson sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Harry Johnsson got free with Stig-Ove Falck in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eric Valström to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Alvin Lindberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stig-Ove Falck was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Virsbo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Harry Johnsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in IF JTK's zone, Eric Valström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Börge Bergendahl came out of the goal and Eric Valström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stellan Lund struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Börge Bergendahl didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Virsbo. Stig-Ove Falck came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by IF JTK's Alvin Lindberg. But to his dismay, Alvin Lindberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. If Stellan Lund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute, Harry Johnsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 90 minutes into the match, Virsbo's goal looked a bit too open when Alvin Lindberg came free, but Stig-Ove Falck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stig-Ove Falck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvin Lindberg in the 91st minute of the match. Alvin Lindberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stig-Ove Falck having to interfere. Virsbo's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
