Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tomas Gregersson made the kick off which started today's match. With his leg Lukas Blomquist managed to avoid a goal in the 3rdth minute, when Karlstad's Henrik Aleberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 5th minute, Henrik Aleberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Henrik Aleberg could shoot a difficult shot in the 6th minute, which Lukas Blomquist however easily saved by the left post. In the 10th minute Ove Linquist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lukas Blomquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute, Karlstad's Henrik Aleberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lukas Blomquist. Lukas Blomquist yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 15 minutes into the match, Karl-Magnus Örtendal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lukas Blomquist. Staffanstorps FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Karl-Magnus Örtendal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. With an all-out effort, Karlstad's Lukas Blomquist threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ove Linquist, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to Staffanstorps FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Per Lindström hit a great ball. 26 minutes into the match, Tomas Gregersson notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Karlstad's Conny Westerstrand. Conny Westerstrand was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 33rd minute, Ove Linquist reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lukas Blomquist. The goal made the score 3-1. Staffanstorps FC's Lukas Blomquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ove Linquist in the 42nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henrik Aleberg got free with Lukas Blomquist in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 46th minute, Dennis Stenström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Karlstad fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Henrik Aleberg to make the kick off. Lukas Blomquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesper Glad in the 54th minute of play. A collision led to Staffanstorps FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Egil Överman hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ove Linquist in the 57th minute of play forced Staffanstorps FC's goalkeeper Lukas Blomquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Staffanstorps FC defense, Ove Linquist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lukas Blomquist. The Staffanstorps FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lukas Blomquist should have stopped the shot. Casper Bergkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Lukas Blomquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ove Linquist in the 73rd minute of play forced Staffanstorps FC's goalkeeper Lukas Blomquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 74 played minutes Staffanstorps FC got a freekick which was hit by Elliot Täman. Lukas Blomquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrik Aleberg in the 76th minute of play. Elliot Täman was shown his second yellow card after 77 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 78th match minute, Staffanstorps FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elliot Täman to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Karlstad booed when Staffanstorps FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niclas Fogel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ove Linquist scored 7-1 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lukas Blomquist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrik Aleberg in the 88th minute of play forced Staffanstorps FC's goalkeeper Lukas Blomquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lukas Blomquist came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Karlstad's Ove Linquist. But to his dismay, Ove Linquist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Karlstad had played much better football throughout.
