Gysinge FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elliott Ennegren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peder Bruse in the 31st minute of play forced BoBosSuperstars's goalkeeper Andreas Simonsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elliott Ennegren got free with Andreas Simonsson in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peder Bruse in the 38th minute of play forced BoBosSuperstars's goalkeeper Andreas Simonsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute, Elliott Ennegren reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Andreas Simonsson. The goal made the score 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jan Lindell to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Wilhelm Stenman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gysinge FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Wilhelm Stenman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andreas Simonsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elliott Ennegren struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Andreas Simonsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gysinge FF. Andreas Simonsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elliott Ennegren in the 97th minute of play.
