In the 6th minute, Nicklas Jelm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valter Sandström in the 10th minute of play forced Strumprullarnas BK's goalkeeper Stig-Arne Löv to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stig-Arne Löv stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valter Sandström's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Strumprullarnas BK's goalkeeper Stig-Arne Löv, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Stig-Arne Löv took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valter Sandström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atletico Admause's Valter Sandström got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sixten Klementsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ted Kjellbom having to make a save. When Malcolm Palmkvist came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Strumprullarnas BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Malcolm Palmkvist couldn't finish the play. Sixten Klementsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Ted Kjellbom made a huge save. In the 39th match minute, Strumprullarnas BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans Thidén to maneuver through the defense. Gösta Eklund, 40 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Tobias Rönn hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Malcolm Palmkvist was the one to do the kick off. Valter Sandström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stig-Arne Löv having to interfere. In the 54th minute Nicklas Jelm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stig-Arne Löv saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sixten Klementsson in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ted Kjellbom prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Atletico Admause's zone, Malcolm Palmkvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ted Kjellbom came out of the goal and Malcolm Palmkvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nicklas Jelm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Stig-Arne Löv tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Strumprullarnas BK were furious when Andréas Hammarbäck was red carded, 82 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 81 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Strumprullarnas BK! In the 84th minute there was a penalty for Atletico Admause. Gösta Eklund stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Stig-Arne Löv. 1-1.
