The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vilgot Tunström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Örjan Julin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Dahlberg in the 34th minute of play. Bottnaryd FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Erik Käcker was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felix Bäcklin charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felix Bäcklin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Felix Bäcklin hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Bottnaryd FF eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
