Braås's Claes Vennerberg got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Braås's Rikard Petersson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Braås from getting a goal against them. Braås's Rikard Petersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Arne Kristiansson in the 27th minute of play. Sven-Arne Kristiansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 30 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Braås! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When Birger Markusson came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the RödBlåKärlek fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Birger Markusson couldn't finish the play. Roy Ekeroth in the 75thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Braås walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
