Råslätt's supporters rose to their feet, but Kjell Bäckman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sten Söderström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 39th minute there was a penalty for Tjongapojkarna IF. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Råslätt's goalkeeper Gösta Hermansson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The wind increased when Ingvar Cane made the kick off in the second half. Gösta Hermansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingvar Cane in the 53rd minute of play. Råslätt's Gösta Hermansson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Råslätt from getting a goal against them.
