Egon Dahlbom came out of the goal and Mikael Ahlquist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mikael Ahlquist scored 1-0 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Egon Dahlbom, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jens-Ove Albohm during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Trångsviken BK booed when Kalle Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens-Ove Albohm didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Per-Erik Johnsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Mikael Ahlquist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mikael Ahlquist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Egon Dahlbom read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Mikael Ahlquist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egon Dahlbom having to interfere. Kalle Fc's Egon Dahlbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Erik Söderkvist in the 66th minute of play. After having played for 70 minutes, Mikael Ahlquist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trångsviken BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikael Ahlquist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Egon Dahlbom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingvar Petersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 77thth minute of the game Mikael Ahlquist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kalle Fc's Egon Dahlbom was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mikael Ahlquist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Egon Dahlbom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikael Ahlquist in the 85th minute of the match. If Ingvar Petersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mikael Ahlquist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egon Dahlbom having to interfere. Trångsviken BK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
