Gustavsberg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Roknäs the free kick. In the 3rd minute, Rudolf Källberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joseph Lindberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ivan Isaksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If August Carlsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Conny Jönsätt might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emil Häger. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Conny Jönsätt ran back to his position shaking his head. Conny Jönsätt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ivan Isaksson got free with Emil Häger in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emil Häger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Conny Jönsätt's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Emil Häger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conny Jönsätt in the 25th minute of the match. Conny Jönsätt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ivan Isaksson got free with Emil Häger in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Gustavsberg's Emil Häger got control of the ball when Conny Jönsätt tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Gösta Pilberg had to leave the field with a concussion. After 33 minutes, Edgar Collin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gustavsberg and the Roknäs players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by August Carlsson in the 36th minute of play forced Roknäs's goalkeeper Mark Winström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ivan Isaksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Häger having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ivan Isaksson was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Conny Jönsätt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Roknäs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Conny Jönsätt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Ivan Isaksson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Roknäs's supporters rose to their feet, but Ivan Isaksson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emil Häger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Isaksson in the 58th minute of play forced Gustavsberg's goalkeeper Emil Häger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ivan Isaksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute Conny Jönsätt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Häger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Gustavsberg booed when Roknäs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conny Jönsätt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mark Winström made an important save on a dangerous shot by August Carlsson in the 67th minute. If Conny Jönsätt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roknäs's Ludwig Dahlkvist suffered a concussion in the 69th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. 70 minutes into the game, Jesper Vennerström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gustavsberg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Roknäs the free kick. Jesper Vennerström kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Conny Jönsätt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emil Häger read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Emil Häger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Conny Jönsätt went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Conny Jönsätt kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. When Ingmar Målare came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Roknäs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ingmar Målare couldn't finish the play. After 84 played minutes Gustavsberg got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Collin. Pontus Skålberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roknäs walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
