In the 9th minute Jonathan Björling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jack Söderqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Jon Wallin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Klövedal FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Jon Wallin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Algot Smefeldt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Christoffer Bengtsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Algot Smefeldt having to interfere. 18 minutes in the game, Christoffer Bengtsson fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Algot Smefeldt having to interfere. Elias Valls short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Algot Smefeldt to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 25th minute, Karl-Oskar Tomasson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Liverpool FC booed when Klövedal FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Ove Gallin didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Göran Ekelund came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Liverpool FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Göran Ekelund couldn't finish the play. Göran Ekelund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Klövedal FF's Jack Söderqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Göran Ekelund in the 44th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Christoffer Bengtsson made the kick off in the second half. Jack Söderqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Göran Ekelund in the 54th minute. 56 minutes into the match, Liverpool FC's goal looked a bit too open when Håkan Ekström came free, but Algot Smefeldt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute, Örjan Nyqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th minute, Samuel Nord hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Vall in the 72nd minute of play forced Liverpool FC's goalkeeper Algot Smefeldt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Göran Ekelund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the match, Klövedal FF's goalkeeper Jack Söderqvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Göran Ekelund. Jack Söderqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Björling, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Liverpool FC's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Vall came free, but Algot Smefeldt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christoffer Bengtsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Algot Smefeldt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christoffer Bengtsson took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Algot Smefeldt. Algot Smefeldt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Klövedal FF had won after a very even match.
