Ingmar Ekeroth's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Helge Håkansson firmly grabbed it by the left post. Oskar Olsson struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Tony Kellman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kälkets BK. In the 8th minute, Nils-Åke Falk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Oskar Olsson came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Kälkets BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oskar Olsson couldn't finish the play. 17 minutes into the game, Heidrun FC's Ingmar Ekeroth nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Helge Håkansson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Sven-Oskar Hellbom hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 26th minute by Ingmar Ekeroth got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Ingmar Ekeroth struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Helge Håkansson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Heidrun FC. Tony Kellman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Wall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute Adam Wall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Kellman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Helge Håkansson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ingmar Ekeroth in the 35th minute. After having played for 37 minutes, Adam Wall managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kälkets BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adam Wall was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sven-Ove Groth during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 38 played minutes Heidrun FC got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Ove Groth. Heidrun FC's Tony Kellman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oskar Olsson in the 39th minute of play. Adam Wall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Kellman having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Oskar Olsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tony Kellman was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Jens-Åke Mogren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Helge Håkansson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Jens-Åke Mogren made the kick off in the second half. Ingmar Ekeroth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Helge Håkansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ingmar Ekeroth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Helge Håkansson having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens-Åke Mogren in the 60th minute of play forced Kälkets BK's goalkeeper Helge Håkansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Heidrun FC's goalkeeper Tony Kellman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adam Wall. Oskar Olsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 91 minutes into the match, Kälkets BK's Oskar Olsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tony Kellman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 93rd minute, Per-Erik Westerstrand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ingmar Ekeroth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
