The referee ignored Morjärv IFK's protests and gave Jonathan Rosendal a yellow card for diving instead. In the 24th minute, Jonathan Rosendal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rutger Larsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Sakarias Asplund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 38 minutes, Stig Mager managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Morjärv IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stig Mager was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sakarias Asplund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rutger Larsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Nils Flinck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Mattias Finman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Nils Flinck managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC North Division's supporters rose to their feet, but Nils Flinck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mattias Finman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Morjärv IFK's Per-Olof Palm got a free kick in the 46th minute. Sören Engström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mattias Finman having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Rutger Larsson made the kick off in the second half. 59 minutes into the match, Sören Engström notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Morjärv IFK's Mattias Finman. Mattias Finman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Stig Mager's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 70thth minute, Sakarias Asplund skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 71 minutes into the game, Eric Wallander was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC North Division's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Morjärv IFK the free kick. If Stig Mager had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th minute Per-Olof Palm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sakarias Asplund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eric Wallander kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After 79 played minutes FC North Division got a freekick which was hit by Nils Byström. Morjärv IFK's Per-Olof Palm suffered a sprained foot after 80 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Nils Byström's late challenge caught a Morjärv IFK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nils Byström helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC North Division's Nils Byström got a free kick in the 81st minute. After 82 played minutes Morjärv IFK got a freekick which was hit by Agne Ahlroht. In the 85th minute Sören Engström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattias Finman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 85 minutes into the game, Sören Engström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Mattias Finman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 88th minute, Eric Wallander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sören Engström took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mattias Finman. Mattias Finman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC North Division had won after a very even match.
