Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jim Andreasson made the kick off which started today's match. Birger Mickelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 9 minutes of play, Hoting's Olov Martinsson made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Richard Bodin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Matthias Överman charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Matthias Överman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th match minute, Hoting was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matthias Överman to maneuver through the defense. Bengt-Arne Löfkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hoting's Jim Andreasson was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 16th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Hoting's zone, Bengt-Arne Löfkvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michael Ekström came out of the goal and Bengt-Arne Löfkvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Michael Ekström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Birger Mickelsson went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After having played for 27 minutes, Birger Mickelsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tierp FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Birger Mickelsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 36th minute, Birger Mickelsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tierp FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jim Andreasson in the 39th minute of play forced Tierp FK's goalkeeper Richard Bodin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bengt-Arne Löfkvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Michael Ekström having to make a save. 47 minutes into the match, Tierp FK's goal looked a bit too open when Freddie Vacker came free, but Richard Bodin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bengt-Arne Löfkvist was the one to do the kick off. Jim Andreasson struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Richard Bodin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hoting. Olov Martinsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Richard Bodin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Olov Martinsson, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 59 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Richard Bodin was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When Hoting's Olov Martinsson in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tierp FK's goalie prevented a goal. In the 66thth minute of the game Jim Andreasson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tierp FK's Richard Bodin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 67th minute, Jim Andreasson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Richard Bodin was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Bengt-Arne Löfkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michael Ekström having to interfere. Birger Mickelsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michael Ekström having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Jim Andreasson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Richard Bodin was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. 81 minutes into the match, Hoting's goalkeeper Michael Ekström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Birger Mickelsson. Richard Bodin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olov Martinsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Göran Myhr charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Göran Myhr the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Göran Myhr hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Tierp FK's Bengt-Arne Löfkvist got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 94th match minute, Hoting was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddie Vacker to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th match minute, Tierp FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilbert Unesson to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Tierp FK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Hoting.
