Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fredric Fredriksson got the match started through his kick off. Emanuel Grep showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingvar Ek, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Emanuel Grep came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Mjällby AIF's Harry Sundberg. But to his dismay, Harry Sundberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Emanuel Grep made an important save on a dangerous shot by Harry Sundberg in the 12th minute. 16 minutes into the game, one of Hässelby RK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The audience thought a goal was coming when Harry Sundberg got free with Emanuel Grep in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 30th minute of the match Ivar Bollström sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emanuel Grep skillfully saved the ball. When Ingvar Ek, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 35 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Emanuel Grep was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Harry Sundberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Emanuel Grep made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingvar Ek in the 38th minute of play forced Hässelby RK's goalkeeper Emanuel Grep to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Hässelby RK's goalkeeper Emanuel Grep had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ingvar Ek. Fredric Fredriksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gert Abrahamsson having to interfere. Jimmy Nyberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gert Abrahamsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jimmy Nyberg ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 47th minute Fredric Fredriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gert Abrahamsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ingvar Ek made a kick off. When Mjällby AIF's Harry Sundberg in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hässelby RK's goalie prevented a goal. If Ingvar Ek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gunnar Stabbe in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emanuel Grep prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hässelby RK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ingvar Ek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. 90 minutes into the game, Mjällby AIF's Gunnar Stabbe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emanuel Grep made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. After 94 played minutes, Mjällby AIF's Ivar Bollström shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Emanuel Grep came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mjällby AIF reached it. After 95 minutes of play, Mjällby AIF's Ingvar Ek made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emanuel Grep was left in no man's land by his defense there! There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Mjällby AIF fully deserved thier win.
