Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Charles Thidén took the kick off in the first half of the match. George Ingemarsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sebastian Kuszczak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. George Ingemarsson ran back to his position shaking his head. But to his dismay, Charles Thidén quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Ström in the 10th minute of play forced Sjömarken's goalkeeper Yngve Kielberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carl Vester during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Carl Vester kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Charles Thidén hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Sjömarken's George Ingemarsson in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ödåkra RK's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Thomas Hedin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sjömarken's supporters rose to their feet, but Thomas Hedin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastian Kuszczak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sebastian Kuszczak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Börje Rudkvist in the 43rd minute. 45 minutes in the game, George Ingemarsson fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Sebastian Kuszczak having to interfere. Yngve Kielberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charles Thidén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for George Ingemarsson to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Charles Thidén got free with Yngve Kielberg in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If George Ingemarsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute, Leo Ström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd match minute, Ödåkra RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Ström to maneuver through the defense. Yngve Kielberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cris Vieri in the 66th minute of the match. In the 67th match minute, Sjömarken was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans Andersson to maneuver through the defense. If Leo Ström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. George Ingemarsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thomas Hedin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sebastian Kuszczak having to make a save. If George Ingemarsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cris Vieri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Sjömarken booed when Ödåkra RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bengt-Arne Fastesson didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Sjömarken lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
