Gottfrid Holmgren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Gottfrid Holmgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kenny Benett, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Tältprojektet's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Fredriksson came free, but Eric Bjurström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jörgen Sjöberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 21 played minutes Piesangmunters got a freekick which was hit by Alex Söderman. In the 25th minute Hugo Uggstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gottfrid Holmgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30thth minute of the game Frank Fredriksson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tältprojektet's Eric Bjurström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edmund Ljungberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Gottfrid Holmgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Hugo Uggstedt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Frank Fredriksson came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Piesangmunters fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Fredriksson couldn't finish the play. In the 42nd match minute, Tältprojektet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarl Kvarnström to maneuver through the defense. Frank Fredriksson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eric Bjurström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 48th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Fredriksson was the one to do the kick off. Gottfrid Holmgren was a little too slow when Hugo Uggstedt got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 55th minute. The score was now 0-2. After having played for 58 minutes, Patric Sjögren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tältprojektet's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patric Sjögren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 64 minutes into the match, Piesangmunters's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Uggstedt came free, but Gottfrid Holmgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gottfrid Holmgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Uggstedt in the 67th minute of the match. Mattias Apelqvist hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Brian Ekeberg during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Piesangmunters getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Brian Ekeberg hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Piesangmunters's Jack Lööf got a free kick in the 80th minute. After 82 minutes of play, Tältprojektet's Patric Sjögren made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gottfrid Holmgren was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eric Bjurström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Fredriksson in the 93rd minute of play. Eric Bjurström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Söderman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over Tältprojektet could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Piesangmunters throughout the match.
