Spectators: 5710 (Terracing: 4500, Seating: 1200, VIP seats: 10) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jonas Tingelholm started the match with the kick off. Karl-Erik Bergström came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Söderala IK's Melker Ånger. But to his dismay, Melker Ånger quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 9 played minutes Söderala IK got a freekick which was hit by Per Beck. After having played for 11 minutes, Melker Ånger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Söderala IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Melker Ånger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mathias Löfskog's late challenge caught a Söderala IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mathias Löfskog helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Klädesholmen FF getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Mathias Löfskog hit a great ball. In the 15th minute, Jonas Tingelholm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A very good chance. 25 minutes into the match, Melker Ånger dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Karl-Erik Bergström, 2-0. Mikael Klintæus charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The supporters of Söderala IK booed when Klädesholmen FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikael Klintæus didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute, Klädesholmen FF's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Melker Ånger fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Torsten Ahlström got free with Karl-Erik Bergström in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Åke Lang blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Karl-Erik Bergström having to make a save. Söderala IK's Åke Lang got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roger Grelsson in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karl-Erik Bergström saved Klädesholmen FF from getting behind. After having played for 45 minutes, Åke Lang managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Söderala IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Åke Lang was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Torsten Ahlström was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Torsten Ahlström in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karl-Erik Bergström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ludwig Wenerdahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 55 played minutes Klädesholmen FF got a freekick which was hit by Eddie Grönberg. 57 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Söderala IK's Torsten Ahlström fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Melker Ånger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 59th minute, Mathias Löfskog hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Klädesholmen FF's Karl-Erik Bergström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torsten Ahlström in the 63rd minute of play. Kevin Bergqvist charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Melker Ånger took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karl-Erik Bergström. Karl-Erik Bergström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Söderala IK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
