After 11 played minutes, Golf o Bois's Conny Johnsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Karl-Erik Bergström came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Golf o Bois reached it. After having played for 15 minutes, Jonas Tingelholm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Klädesholmen FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonas Tingelholm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Karl-Erik Bergström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joakim Delin, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agne Hasselqvist in the 22nd minute of play forced Klädesholmen FF's goalkeeper Karl-Erik Bergström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th match minute, Klädesholmen FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevin Bergqvist to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Klädesholmen FF's zone, Agne Hasselqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl-Erik Bergström came out of the goal and Agne Hasselqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Golf o Bois's Karl-Axel Kolberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmund Lilja in the 91st minute of play.
