An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Engström in the 16th minute of play forced Moholm's goalkeeper Vincent Söderlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 46 minutes of play Öxabäck BF's Knut Alströmmer was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Öxabäck BF getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Knut Alströmmer hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edvin Ahlroth got free with Oskar Skog in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ture Pihlgren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Edvin Ahlroth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vincent Söderlund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ture Pihlgren in the 60th minute. Kristian Hedling blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oskar Skog having to make a save. Öxabäck BF were furious when Nicklas Dalström was red carded, 63 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Boris Carlberg walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 67th match minute, Moholm was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristian Hedling to maneuver through the defense. If Kristian Hedling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute, Kristian Hedling got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Oskar Skog showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edvin Ahlroth in the 76th minute of the match. Kristian Hedling fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oskar Skog having to interfere. Sebastian Engström charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sebastian Engström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 82 played minutes Öxabäck BF got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Engström. After 87 minutes of play, Moholm's Kristian Hedling made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oskar Skog was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edvin Ahlroth's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oskar Skog read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 99th minute of play. Moholm walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
