Brooklyn Tigers's Patrik Hellsing got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Börge Nyqvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Patrik Hellsing's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Gabriel Apelqvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Per-Arne Björck having to make a save. The Ängelholm FK fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when Ängelholm FK's Gabriel Apelqvist looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The crowd rose to their feet as Patrik Hellsing kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Börge Nyqvist. That made the score 1-1 in the 14 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrik Hellsing in the 17th minute of play forced Ängelholm FK's goalkeeper Börge Nyqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Brooklyn Tigers's Patrik Hellsing sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Börge Nyqvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kevin Sjöberg during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 23rd match minute, Brooklyn Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevin Sjöberg to maneuver through the defense. Gabriel Apelqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per-Arne Björck having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Gabriel Apelqvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Per-Arne Björck was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. When Ängelholm FK's Gabriel Apelqvist in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Oscar Hedberg helped the player get up and apologised. Hans Njurenius shot the penalty kick right outside the post. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Patrik Hellsing was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Ängelholm FK getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Bengt Målare hit a great ball. In the 52nd match minute, Brooklyn Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevin Sjöberg to maneuver through the defense. Ingvar Bergqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Patrik Hellsing sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 62 minutes of play, Brooklyn Tigers's Jens Pååk made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Börge Nyqvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! 66 minutes into the match, Ängelholm FK's goal looked a bit too open when Jens Pååk came free, but Börge Nyqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Per-Arne Björck came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Ängelholm FK's Verner Snell. But to his dismay, Verner Snell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 81stth minute of the game Verner Snell who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brooklyn Tigers's Per-Arne Björck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Brooklyn Tigers's Leif Sellberg got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jens Pååk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Börge Nyqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Apelqvist in the 89th minute of play forced Brooklyn Tigers's goalkeeper Per-Arne Björck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Per-Arne Björck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Apelqvist in the 90th minute of play. Gabriel Apelqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Per-Arne Björck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Verner Snell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Apelqvist in the 97th minute of play forced Brooklyn Tigers's goalkeeper Per-Arne Björck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
