Karl-Magnus Eliasson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Vidar Ahlqvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karl-Magnus Eliasson was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Edvin Mårtensson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Algot Forssberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th match minute, Huaröd IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bengt Sefastsson to maneuver through the defense. 79 minutes into the match, Huaröd IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Vidar Ahlqvist came free, but Karl-Magnus Eliasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bo Pettersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Algot Forssberg having to interfere. Algot Forssberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bo Pettersson in the 83rd minute of the match. If Vidar Ahlqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
