Spectators: 6842 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 147) In the 8th minute, Sebastian Bergman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joacim Bäckström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Torgny Linberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Joacim Bäckström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 13 played minutes BK Träben got a freekick which was hit by Maximilian Hedvall. In the 15th minute, Torgny Linberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joacim Bäckström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Bergman in the 17th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Folke Mattsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. North Town United's supporters rose to their feet, but Folke Mattsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sven-Åke Säfström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in North Town United's zone, Torgny Linberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joacim Bäckström came out of the goal and Torgny Linberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Torgny Linberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Torgny Linberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joacim Bäckström having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, North Town United's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Bergman came free, but Joacim Bäckström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39thth minute of the game Torgny Linberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but North Town United's Joacim Bäckström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Torgny Linberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joacim Bäckström having to make a save. Torgny Linberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joacim Bäckström having to interfere. After the first half BK Träben were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sebastian Bergman made a kick off. Joacim Bäckström came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by BK Träben's Freddie Olsson. But to his dismay, Freddie Olsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Sebastian Bergman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. North Town United's Magne Valler got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 66 minutes into the game, Sebastian Bergman recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Joacim Bäckström. Sebastian Bergman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Joacim Bäckström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Bergman in the 71st minute of play. The supporters of BK Träben booed when North Town United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrik Alberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rdth minute of the game Folke Mattsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BK Träben's Sven-Åke Säfström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Torgny Ahlstedt's late challenge caught a North Town United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Torgny Ahlstedt helped the player get up and apologised. In the 86th minute, Torgny Ahlstedt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Torgny Linberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 92 played minutes BK Träben got a freekick which was hit by Sverker Söderström. In the 93rd minute, a hard, long distance shot from Sakarias Salkvist hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. BK Träben played a much better game than North Town United and deserved their victory. The North Town United players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
