Spectators: 7288 (Terracing: 5468, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sune Hellström started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Vikmanshyttan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kurt Uggstedt to maneuver through the defense. Isak Larsson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 4th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Emil Nyman. Vikmanshyttan's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Per-Oskar Brodin in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emanuel Gabrielsson saved Skyttorp FK from getting behind. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vikmanshyttan's goalkeeper Emil Nyman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Emil Nyman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sune Hellström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kurt Uggstedt charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kurt Uggstedt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kurt Uggstedt was shown his second yellow card after 20 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 21 played minutes Vikmanshyttan got a freekick which was hit by Kurt Uggstedt. In the 22nd minute of the match Isak Larsson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emil Nyman showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jan-Åke Fastesson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Emanuel Gabrielsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sune Hellström received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Emil Nyman came out and tried to block the shot, but Sune Hellström slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 28th minute. Simon Vall recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Sune Hellström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emil Nyman was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. When Jan-Åke Fastesson came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Vikmanshyttan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan-Åke Fastesson couldn't finish the play. After 45 minutes, Kåre Lange mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vikmanshyttan and the Skyttorp FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kåre Lange hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Matthias Hjeltman struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Emil Nyman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Skyttorp FK.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jan-Åke Fastesson to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Vikmanshyttan's zone, Sune Hellström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emil Nyman came out of the goal and Sune Hellström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 54 minutes, Sune Hellström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skyttorp FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sune Hellström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Alvin Hult fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vikmanshyttan's protests and gave Alvin Hult a yellow card for diving instead. Alvin Hult hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Jan-Åke Fastesson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Emanuel Gabrielsson made a huge save. Vikmanshyttan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matthias Hjeltman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After recieving a nice pass, Vikmanshyttan's Leif Mattsson tried to score from far away in the 75th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 77th minute, Jan-Åke Fastesson made a precise shot to the right of Emanuel Gabrielsson. Skyttorp FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 89th minute Sune Hellström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Nyman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vikmanshyttan's Emil Nyman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sune Hellström in the 91st minute of play. With 93 minutes on the clock, Marko Olsson commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 93 minutes into the game, one of Vikmanshyttan:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sune Hellström in the 100th minute of play forced Vikmanshyttan's goalkeeper Emil Nyman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Skyttorp FK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
