Spectators: 7250 (Terracing: 5439, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 144) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Mats Frykberg made the kick off which started today's match. Ragnar Rosendahl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ture Björling having to interfere. IMBA FC's Peter Gustafsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harald Ugla in the 11th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in IMBA FC's zone, Casper Åberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Peter Gustafsson came out of the goal and Casper Åberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Peter Gustafsson came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Rimforsa IFK's Johannes Jakobsson. But to his dismay, Johannes Jakobsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 18th minute, Johannes Jakobsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rolf Håning received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Ture Björling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 26 played minutes, Rimforsa IFK's Edvin Kjellbom shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Peter Gustafsson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rimforsa IFK reached it. Edvin Kjellbom kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Mats Frykberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 38 minutes, Casper Åberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rimforsa IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Casper Åberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Peter Gustafsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casper Åberg in the 39th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Rimforsa IFK's Casper Åberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Peter Gustafsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rolf Håning fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ture Björling having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ola Björk to strike the kick off in the second half. When IMBA FC's Ola Björk in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rimforsa IFK's goalie prevented a goal. If Mats Frykberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rolf Håning struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Ture Björling didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for IMBA FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mats Frykberg in the 69th minute of play forced IMBA FC's goalkeeper Peter Gustafsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Mats Frykberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peter Gustafsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Casper Åberg in the 74th minute. Casper Åberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Peter Gustafsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind IMBA FC's goalkeeper Peter Gustafsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Peter Gustafsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mats Frykberg in the 91st minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, IMBA FC's goalkeeper Peter Gustafsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Casper Åberg. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Rimforsa IFK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
