Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nils-Åke Godholm got the match started through his kick off. IMBA FC's Peter Gustafsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save IMBA FC from getting a goal against them. Aleksander Bergfeldts short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Peter Gustafsson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 12th match minute, IMBA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ture Ersman to maneuver through the defense. Peter Gustafsson made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Aleksander Bergfeldt sent off a good shot on target. Nils-Åke Godholm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Gustafsson having to interfere. When Katrineholm's Jonas Apelkvist in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye IMBA FC's goalie prevented a goal. Peter Gustafsson was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Nils-Åke Godholm capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nils-Åke Godholm really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Rolf Håning sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A hard shot 36 in the game by Aleksander Bergfeldt from a close distance when the talented Peter Gustafsson managed to make a qualified save. IMBA FC's players were relieved. Katrineholm's Casper Sandberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolf Håning in the 37th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jonas Apelkvist during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Katrineholm's Jonas Apelkvist got a free kick in the 38th minute. Aleksander Bergfeldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Peter Gustafsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 45 minutes, Nils-Åke Godholm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Katrineholm's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nils-Åke Godholm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ola Björk to strike the kick off in the second half. Peter Gustafsson came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Katrineholm's Nils-Åke Godholm. But to his dismay, Nils-Åke Godholm quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Peter Gustafsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aleksander Bergfeldt in the 56th minute of the match. Ture Ersman charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ture Ersman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ture Ersman hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After 59 played minutes, Katrineholm's Sverker Qvalfeldt shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Peter Gustafsson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Katrineholm reached it. 68 minutes into the match, Ola Björk dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Casper Sandberg, 2-1. After a rather tough play, IMBA FC's Per-Olof Hedvall got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Peter Gustafsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aleksander Bergfeldt in the 76th minute of play. Nils-Åke Godholm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Nils-Åke Godholm came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Katrineholm fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nils-Åke Godholm couldn't finish the play. If Nils-Åke Godholm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peter Gustafsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aleksander Bergfeldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, IMBA FC's Bo Nordkvist got a free kick in the 87th minute. Peter Gustafsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils-Åke Godholm, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After 90 played minutes, Katrineholm's Gabriel Stenberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Peter Gustafsson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Katrineholm reached it. Ragnar Rosendahl kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Nils-Åke Godholm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 96 minutes into the game, Aleksander Bergfeldt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Peter Gustafsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
