Spectators: 6822 (Terracing: 5150, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 5) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Frans Pihlgren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vilhelm Olsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. When Frans Pihlgren came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Håknäs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frans Pihlgren couldn't finish the play. Tvärred BK's Vilhelm Olsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Mattsson in the 18th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Håknäs's zone, Sven-Ove Jansson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sven-Ove Skog came out of the goal and Sven-Ove Jansson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Håknäs getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Ingvar Willig hit a great ball. Frans Pihlgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Vilhelm Olsson made a huge save. Marcus Mattsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vilhelm Olsson having to interfere. Marcus Mattsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th minute, Anton Åström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 37 minutes into the match, Tvärred BK's goalkeeper Vilhelm Olsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frans Pihlgren. In the 39th minute, Frans Pihlgren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ernst Danielsson kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Frans Pihlgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 48th minute Marcus Mattsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilhelm Olsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcus Mattsson made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Marcus Mattsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilhelm Olsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benjamin Mellberg's late challenge caught a Tvärred BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benjamin Mellberg helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Håknäs getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Benjamin Mellberg hit a great ball. Vilhelm Olsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frans Pihlgren in the 61st minute of the match. Vilhelm Olsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Mattsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frans Pihlgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Vilhelm Olsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 2-0 became the score in the 68th minute when Frans Pihlgren elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Håknäs's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
