Hubert Lindberg hit a great ball. 18 minutes into the game, Emanuel Bålström recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jörn Blomberg. The audience thought a goal was coming when Douglas Nordin got free with Jörn Blomberg in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emanuel Bålström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jörn Blomberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Bålström in the 38th minute of play. Real Madrid's Jörn Blomberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Bålström in the 44th minute of play. If Douglas Nordin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

FC Rasovac's supporters crossed their fingers, but Douglas Nordin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Real Madrid's goalkeeper Jörn Blomberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FC Rasovac were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Real Madrid for a fine match.
