After 24 played minutes Torhamn IK got a freekick which was hit by Nils Bröms. Lucio Mincho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Alex Julin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valentin Brenner. Torhamn IK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alex Julin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 34 minutes into the match, Torhamn IK's goal looked a bit too open when Stellan Rosendahl came free, but Valentin Brenner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Alex Julin sped through Torhamn IK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Valentin Brenner. After having played for 41 minutes, Lucio Mincho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mariebergs FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucio Mincho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Torhamn IK's Valentin Brenner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Julin in the 43rd minute of play. When Jon Vase fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Torhamn IK's protests and gave Jon Vase a yellow card for diving instead. Jon Vase kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Valentin Brenner didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alex Julin went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fredrik Kilberg to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Lucio Mincho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Valentin Brenner was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Manfred Fribäck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fredrik Kilberg in the 57th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the game, Alex Julin lined in a short shot 0-6 behind a frustrated Valentin Brenner. After having played for 65 minutes, Alex Julin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mariebergs FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alex Julin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Alex Julin came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Mariebergs FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alex Julin couldn't finish the play. Lucio Mincho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Valentin Brenner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stellan Rosendahl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentin Brenner having to interfere. After 86 played minutes, Mariebergs FF's Viktor Vallgren shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Valentin Brenner came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mariebergs FF reached it. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Torhamn IK's goalkeeper Valentin Brenner, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 93rd minute Valentin Grelsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manfred Fribäck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alex Julin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentin Brenner having to interfere. Mariebergs FF's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
