Michel Kilman spun around in front of the goal 12 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Glidarna's goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michel Kilman in the 16th minute of play forced Glidarna's goalkeeper Ludwig Bremming to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute, Georg Abelsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Glidarna's goalkeeper Ludwig Bremming, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 22 minutes into the match, Gislaved RK's goalkeeper Linus Persson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evert Gulliksson. Ingvar Sillén struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Linus Persson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Glidarna. The Gislaved RK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 45 minutes of play, Gislaved RK's Michel Kilman made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ludwig Bremming was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Glidarna players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Gislaved RK were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Michel Kilman made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michel Kilman in the 55th minute of play forced Glidarna's goalkeeper Ludwig Bremming to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute, Michel Kilman reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ludwig Bremming. The goal made the score 0-3. If Karl-Erik Falk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Marc Nilsson fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Glidarna's protests and gave Marc Nilsson a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Gislaved RK booed when Glidarna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marc Nilsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Michel Kilman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Ludwig Bremming tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ingvar Sillén scored 1-5 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Linus Persson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Ingvar Sillén managed to get in a good position for a shot. Glidarna's supporters rose to their feet, but Ingvar Sillén was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Linus Persson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Michel Kilman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gislaved RK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
