The referee showed Juliusz Arbaszewski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Bålsta FF's Juliusz Arbaszewski got a free kick in the 13th minute. Muppin FC's Reynaldo Naelio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Mickelsson in the 15th minute of play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ingemar Wassenius was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Bålsta FF's zone, Ingemar Wassenius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bengt-Åke Sandström came out of the goal and Ingemar Wassenius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vidar Lindholm hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Ingemar Wassenius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengt-Åke Sandström having to interfere. In the 82ndth minute of the game Ingemar Wassenius who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bålsta FF's Bengt-Åke Sandström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Ingemar Wassenius's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bengt-Åke Sandström was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Reynaldo Naelio made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Juliusz Arbaszewski sent off a good shot on target. Harry Walmarsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Reynaldo Naelio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play.
