Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Rune Uggla started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Einar Carlberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Svante Lönn having to interfere. Daniel Söderström hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute, Einar Carlberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rune Uggla in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck John Flink prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nygård IK's Rune Uggla managed to work through Slöinge's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Rune Uggla dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Rune Uggla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Peter Ålberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. John Flink showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rune Uggla in the 24th minute of the match. In the 27th minute Einar Carlberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Svante Lönn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Slöinge's zone, Rune Uggla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. John Flink came out of the goal and Rune Uggla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rune Uggla struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. John Flink didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nygård IK. After 35 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Slöinge! John Flink went to the wrong direction when Daniel Söderström was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Slöinge's goalkeeper John Flink, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Rune Uggla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but John Flink was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Einar Carlberg was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Slöinge getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Arvin Holmberg hit a great ball. 54 minutes into the match, Peter Ålberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of John Flink. Slöinge's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Peter Ålberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Nygård IK's Rune Uggla got a free kick in the 60th minute. Peter Ålberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 68 minutes into the match, Slöinge's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Ålberg came free, but John Flink reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. John Flink showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rune Uggla, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. John Flink stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rune Uggla's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rune Uggla in the 80th minute of play forced Slöinge's goalkeeper John Flink to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Slöinge getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Olof Asklöv hit a great ball. When Nygård IK's Peter Ålberg in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Slöinge's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Rune Uggla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but John Flink was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. When the referee ended the match the Nygård IK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
