If Stig-Ove Lundqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 27 minutes into the match, FC Storvreten's goal looked a bit too open when Alfons Elg came free, but Daniel Ferm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Greger Wallman made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Stig-Ove Lundqvist sent off a good shot on target. Stig-Ove Lundqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Greger Wallman made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Nissafors's Per-Erik Kuse got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 41st minute, one of FC Storvreten:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Storvreten. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

A collision led to Nissafors getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Per-Erik Kuse hit a great ball. After 56 played minutes Nissafors got a freekick which was hit by Per-Erik Kuse. The supporters of FC Storvreten booed when Nissafors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adam Hultstrand didn't get a good kick on the ball.
