Spectators: 7211 (Terracing: 5409, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 143) Karl Johansson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fredrik Östlund got free with Hugo Gustafsson in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Henrik Hermansson struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Arne Dahlberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Frisörens Saxar. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Virserum BF's goalkeeper Arne Dahlberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 10th match minute, Frisörens Saxar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ola Lind to maneuver through the defense. Jan-Åke Dahlman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Hugo Gustafsson made a huge save. Jan-Åke Dahlman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Frisörens Saxar's Hugo Gustafsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Frisörens Saxar from getting a goal against them. In the 27th minute, Rolf Blom left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Frisörens Saxar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 31 minutes into the match, Virserum BF's goal looked a bit too open when Henrik Hermansson came free, but Arne Dahlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Frisörens Saxar's Rolf Blom in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Virserum BF's goalie prevented a goal. Arne Dahlberg came out of the goal in the 49th minute to try and stop a shot by Frisörens Saxar's Henrik Hermansson. But to his dismay, Henrik Hermansson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rolf Blom was the one to do the kick off. Hugo Gustafsson came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Virserum BF's Karl Johansson. But to his dismay, Karl Johansson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. After some careless play in the Virserum BF defense, Ola Lind kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arne Dahlberg. The Virserum BF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arne Dahlberg should have stopped the shot. Hugo Gustafsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredrik Östlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fredrik Östlund during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 73rd minute, Fredrik Östlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 76 minutes, Henrik Hermansson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Frisörens Saxar and the Virserum BF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 76 played minutes Frisörens Saxar got a freekick which was hit by Henrik Hermansson. The crowd rose to their feet as Henrik Hermansson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arne Dahlberg. That made the score 3-4 in the 84 minute of play. After 88 minutes of play, Frisörens Saxar's Peder Blomqvist made it 3-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arne Dahlberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sören Alefors kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Peder Blomqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Frisörens Saxar's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
