Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dag Hellbom got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Fagersta BF's Roger Apelkvist got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Frisörens Saxar's Peder Blomqvist took a good shot, in the 23rd minute, which hit the crossbar above Vidar Ennegren's head, and flew over the goal. Fagersta BF's manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by Frisörens Saxar. Hugo Gustafsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roger Apelkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the match, Fagersta BF's goal looked a bit too open when Ola Lind came free, but Vidar Ennegren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hugo Gustafsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After the first half Fagersta BF were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Ola Lind sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hugo Gustafsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roger Apelkvist in the 62nd minute of the match. Hugo Gustafsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Charlie Hedström in the 64th minute. Hugo Gustafsson came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Fagersta BF's Dag Hellbom. But to his dismay, Dag Hellbom quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. In the 69th minute, Roger Apelkvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fagersta BF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. 73 minutes into the match, Frisörens Saxar's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Apelkvist came free, but Hugo Gustafsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 79th minute, Roger Apelkvist made a precise shot to the right of Hugo Gustafsson. Frisörens Saxar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. In the 83rd minute, Dag Hellbom made a precise shot to the right of Hugo Gustafsson. Frisörens Saxar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. 88 minutes into the game, Roger Apelkvist recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hugo Gustafsson. Dag Hellbom could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Hugo Gustafsson made a huge save. In the 98th minute Lars Bergman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Gustafsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Frisörens Saxar fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Fagersta BF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
