The audience thought a goal was coming when Alf Fågel got free with Richard Lövskog in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Torgny Rudberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Lövskog having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Gabriel Berggren managed to get in a good position for a shot. VÅRBERG 127's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabriel Berggren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eddie Ek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 24 played minutes Alby got a freekick which was hit by Georg Liljeström. In the 25th minute of the match Pontus Stenman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eddie Ek skillfully saved the ball. When Alf Fågel came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Alby fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alf Fågel couldn't finish the play. Eddie Ek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Börje Molander in the 29th minute of the match. VÅRBERG 127's defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when Torgny Rudberg scored to the left of an out of position Richard Lövskog, making the score, 2-1. If Alf Fågel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Torgny Rudberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Richard Lövskog was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. When Alby's Torgny Rudberg, in the 38th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Alby. VÅRBERG 127's Richard Lövskog proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save VÅRBERG 127 from getting a goal against them. Eddie Ek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Börje Molander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jan Svanér had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Gabriel Berggren made the kick off in the second half. In the 59thth minute of the game Alf Fågel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VÅRBERG 127's Richard Lövskog was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 61 played minutes Alby got a freekick which was hit by Alex Samuelsson. Eddie Ek was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Pontus Stenman. Einar Gallberg kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, VÅRBERG 127's Sven Möllgren got a free kick in the 67th minute. Richard Lövskog showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torgny Rudberg in the 71st minute of the match. Richard Lövskog made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alf Fågel in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rdth minute of the game Alf Fågel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VÅRBERG 127's Richard Lövskog was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eddie Ek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Berggren, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Eddie Ek made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Börje Molander sent off a good shot on target. When Alf Fågel came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Alby fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alf Fågel couldn't finish the play. Torgny Rudberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Lövskog having to interfere. Börje Molander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Torgny Rudberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Lövskog having to interfere. There was no doubt that Alby were the better team. Alby's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
