An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaf Hallgren in the 11th minute of play forced Ljungbyholm IF's goalkeeper Kalle Linqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 19 minutes, Emanuel Dahlgren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kingsfield United and the Ljungbyholm IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Kingsfield United's Emanuel Dahlgren got a free kick in the 19th minute. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Gustaf Hallgren put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Kalle Linqvist. In the 28th minute, Gustaf Hallgren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kalle Linqvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Kalle Linqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Vacker in the 31st minute of the match. Kalle Linqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaf Hallgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Ljungbyholm IF getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Joakim Olofsson hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Kingsfield United's Joseph Mellberg got a free kick in the 34th minute. Kalle Linqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Bålström in the 37th minute of play. Kalle Linqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaf Hallgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaron Vacker in the 39th minute of play forced Ljungbyholm IF's goalkeeper Kalle Linqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Kingsfield United's zone, Frank Drewitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bror Groth came out of the goal and Frank Drewitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kalle Linqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Dahlgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ljungbyholm IF's Kalle Linqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaf Hallgren in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bertil Kråk made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Kingsfield United's Emanuel Dahlgren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kalle Linqvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Gustaf Hallgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kalle Linqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aaron Vacker in the 61st minute of play. Kalle Linqvist was out of position in the 64 minute of play, and Emanuel Dahlgren capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Emanuel Dahlgren really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. The crowd rose to their feet as Kingsfield United's Gustaf Hallgren slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kalle Linqvist. That made the score 0-7 after 67 minutes of play. After some careless play in the Ljungbyholm IF defense, Carl Blanck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kalle Linqvist. The Ljungbyholm IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kalle Linqvist should have stopped the shot. Kalle Linqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Dahlgren in the 80th minute of the match. Kalle Linqvist was a little too slow when Gustaf Hallgren got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 0-9. 86 minutes into the match, Ljungbyholm IF's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Vacker came free, but Kalle Linqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute, Aaron Vacker ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kalle Linqvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. Ljungbyholm IF's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Aaron Vacker 89 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-11. Aaron Vacker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Axel Bålström scored 0-12 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kalle Linqvist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
