Vilhelm Åkesson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stig Spets having to interfere. After having played for 19 minutes, Jan Ekblom managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rönninge FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jan Ekblom was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Ekblom in the 21st minute of play forced Hisings Backa's goalkeeper Georg Lidman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonard Enström charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonard Enström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 26th minute of the match Evert Nyman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Georg Lidman showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. During the 26th minute of the match Leonard Enström completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Leonard Enström a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Leonard Enström kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Jan Ekblom struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Georg Lidman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rönninge FK. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan Ekblom in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Georg Lidman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vilhelm Åkesson got free with Stig Spets in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Holger Kilberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Georg Lidman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Ekblom in the 38th minute of play. Georg Lidman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Ekblom, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. A collision led to Hisings Backa getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Vidar Linberg hit a great ball. Hisings Backa's Georg Lidman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Lustig in the 45th minute of play. After recieving a nice pass, Rönninge FK's Evert Nyman tried to score from far away in the 48th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Jan Ekblom could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Georg Lidman made a huge save. In the 54th minute Dennis Lustig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georg Lidman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rönninge FK were awarded a corner in the 56th minute after Hisings Backa's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Evert Nyman took the corner. Kent Öman lost his temper 59 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Jan Ekblom recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 65th play minutes Dennis Lustig shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Georg Lidman and just under the crossbar into goal. If Jan Ekblom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 75 minutes, Dennis Lustig managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rönninge FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dennis Lustig was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Georg Lidman made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Jan Ekblom sent off a good shot on target. Georg Lidman was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dennis Lustig showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 80 minute of play. In the 82nd match minute, Hisings Backa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vidar Linberg to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Hisings Backa's Emanuel Dahlbom got a free kick in the 98th minute. Rönninge FK played a much better game than Hisings Backa and deserved their victory. The Hisings Backa players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
