Björklinge BF's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Mårten Eklund hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Olle Sandström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Niclas Holmgren having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jakob Bure in the 14th minute of play forced Kärna's goalkeeper Niclas Holmgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leif Bergstedt hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Vincent Arhenius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 21 minutes, Jonas Ugla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kärna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonas Ugla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonas Ugla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Wester having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vincent Arhenius in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Robert Wester saved Björklinge BF from getting behind. Kärna's Niclas Holmgren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Kärna from getting a goal against them. Olle Sandström who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Niclas Holmgren when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 32 minutes into the game, Niklas Kielberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kärna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Björklinge BF the free kick. Niclas Holmgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakob Bure, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olle Sandström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niclas Holmgren having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jakob Bure to make the kick off. Kärna's Vincent Arhenius got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 72 minutes into the game, Måns Dusett was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Björklinge BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kärna the free kick. The supporters of Kärna booed when Björklinge BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Måns Dusett didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th match minute, Kärna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vincent Arhenius to maneuver through the defense. Niclas Holmgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jakob Bure in the 84th minute of the match. In the 88th minute, Olle Sandström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jakob Bure struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Niclas Holmgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Björklinge BF. Niclas Holmgren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olle Sandström's shot from short distance in the 96th minute.
