Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bo-Erik Hultin started the match with the kick off. Torsten Malmgren was out of position in the 3 minute of play, and Bo-Erik Hultin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bo-Erik Hultin really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Söråker RK's zone, Bo-Erik Hultin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Torsten Malmgren came out of the goal and Bo-Erik Hultin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 12th minute, Henrik Jonasson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Söråker RK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Henrik Jonasson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Bo-Erik Hultin came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Falkenberg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bo-Erik Hultin couldn't finish the play. The long shot by John Emander in the 23rd minute really tested Torsten Malmgren's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrik Jonasson in the 25th minute of play forced Falkenberg's goalkeeper Osvald Malmgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Morgan Samuelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Söråker RK booed when Falkenberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casper Thedin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th minute, Nils-Åke Hermansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Edvard Torsberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Falkenberg's supporters rose to their feet, but Edvard Torsberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Torsten Malmgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Torsten Malmgren came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Falkenberg's Edvard Torsberg. But to his dismay, Edvard Torsberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Henrik Jonasson was the one to do the kick off. If Bo-Erik Hultin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Harald Alstedt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Osvald Malmgren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Niklas Kollberg hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Edvard Torsberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torsten Malmgren having to interfere. When Niklas Kollberg came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Söråker RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niklas Kollberg couldn't finish the play. 76 minutes into the match, Harald Alstedt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Osvald Malmgren. Falkenberg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Harald Alstedt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edvard Torsberg in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Torsten Malmgren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Torsten Malmgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edvard Torsberg in the 81st minute of the match. Morgan Samuelsson's late challenge caught a Söråker RK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Morgan Samuelsson helped the player get up and apologised. After 86 played minutes Falkenberg got a freekick which was hit by Morgan Samuelsson. Through an outstanding action, after 93 minutes, Osvald Malmgren successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Osvald Malmgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrik Jonasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. In the 97thth minute of the game Henrik Jonasson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Falkenberg's Osvald Malmgren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
