Tobias Bern showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 15 minutes into the match, Arild's goal looked a bit too open when Ulrik Forsberg came free, but Ryszard Winnicki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Arild's zone, Ronny Kalfhage stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ryszard Winnicki came out of the goal and Ronny Kalfhage tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Arild's goalkeeper Ryszard Winnicki, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rutger Lööf during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rutger Lööf hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronny Kalfhage in the 23rd minute of play forced Arild's goalkeeper Ryszard Winnicki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kurt Lundgren kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Wictor Dahlbom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Utter in the 27th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ulrik Forsberg made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Arild's Rutger Lööf nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wictor Dahlbom made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Verner Engström in the 54th minute of play forced Arild's goalkeeper Ryszard Winnicki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the game, Verner Engström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stavsjö FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arild the free kick. Verner Engström hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute of the match Alex Utter sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wictor Dahlbom skillfully saved the ball. Stavsjö FF's Wictor Dahlbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rutger Lööf in the 87th minute of play. After 88 minutes of play, Arild's Bror Bryngelsson made it 7-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wictor Dahlbom was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Ronny Kalfhage got free with Ryszard Winnicki in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ryszard Winnicki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gösta Axelsson in the 95th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Arild had played much better football throughout.
